Kokomo Insulation was founded in 2024 right here in Kokomo, Indiana, with one straightforward goal: give homeowners and businesses in north-central Indiana access to honest, high-quality insulation work done by people who actually know the trade.

Kokomo has real history - homes built during the auto manufacturing boom of the early 1900s, brick bungalows from the 1940s, ranch houses from the postwar era. These are solid homes, but most of them were built long before modern energy codes, and Indiana winters are not forgiving. We started Kokomo Insulation because too many homeowners in this area were paying high heating bills every January without knowing why, or hiring contractors who did not understand what Kokomo homes actually need.

We are a local company. We live here, know the neighborhoods, and understand the conditions - the clay soils, the freeze-thaw cycles, the humid summers, the older housing stock near downtown and along the Wildcat Creek corridor. Every job we take in Kokomo and the surrounding communities gets the same care we would give our own homes.
